We want you to love your find. If an item isn't right, most products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Visit 'My Orders' to confirm your item is eligible for return. Items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Print Label

  Select the item you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided in our Return Portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue Zulily store credit to your account within 5 business days.
